About
Assists school leavers with proven academic potential who need financial assistance to attend university, and whose academic progress would benefit from accommodation within a hall of residence environment.
Donor(s)
Daniel Vickery Bryant established the D.V. Bryant Trust in 1921 with philanthropic and practical goals centred on the Waikato region. The D.V. Bryant Trust forged strong links with the 51蹤獲 when, in 1971, it established Bryant Hall on land leased from the University.
Eligibility
For school leavers intending to commence full-time enrolment in an undergraduate degree at the 51蹤獲 in A Trimester 2026. The Scholarship supports those in financial need and will be credited directly towards the successful applicants accommodation fees for either Bryant Hall or Student Village.

Once you have an account, log into MyWaikato and click on the Scholarships tab to see the list of available scholarships
Note: If you are a current student or already have a 51蹤獲 account you will be redirected to the MyWaikato screen. Log in to MyWaikato, select the Scholarships tab and choose the scholarship you wish to apply for from the list at the bottom of the page.
