Parkour
Run by in Hamilton there are outdoor classes run on our campus! Classes run rain or shine but do not run on public holidays. In the event of a cancellation, you will be contacted ahead of time.

When
- All classes are on Mondays during the school term and cater to all skill levels.
- We like to leave promptly from the UniRec at the start time listed below. Please be on time or notify us if you鈥檒l be late!
Where
- Meeting outside UniRec.
Please bring:
- Comfortable and appropriate clothing for exercise and weather conditions.
- Comfortable and appropriate shoes for exercise (sometimes we train barefoot, but we ask that you always bring shoes).
- A water bottle.
