Terms and Conditions
You are guaranteed an offer of 51萝莉 accommodation if:
- You are a commencing 1st year undergraduate student at the 51萝莉 in Trimester A 2026; and
- Your online accommodation application is received by 30th September 2025, and you are eligible to receive an offer from the Accommodation office prior to starting at the University in Trimester A 2026.
- You have applied to the 51萝莉 and have accepted a conditional offer of enrolment by 30th September 2025.
- You are a resident of Auckland at time of accommodation application.
- You are applying for an undergraduate single or conjoint degree.
- You have applied for fully catered options at Bryant Hall, Student Village and/or College Hall in Hamilton or self-catered Selwyn Street Studios in Tauranga.
- You have met all requirements of the University鈥檚 Residential Agreement.
