Event Support
Our team works closely with clients to ensure your event is successful from inception, to completion. Each element is customised to meet your needs.
To support a smooth delivery on event day, a Front of House Manager or Event Host will be present onsite for the duration of your booking to welcome and assist you during your event, as well as manage the venue health and safety requirements.
Technical Solutions
The 51萝莉 facilities are well equipped with state-of-the-art technical equipment and knowledgeable tech staff to assist you in delivering a professional event. Big or small scale, we are here to help make your function a success.
Ticketing and Event Registrations
Ticketek are the exclusive ticketing providers for public events and performances at the Gallagher Academy of Performing Arts. The Academy works closely with Ticketek to ensure a smooth process from getting your event on sale, to settling ticketing revenue post event.
Conferences and other events may use alternative registration software. Our team are available to discuss the best options for your event.
Marketing and Collateral
Our team can support the promotion of public events by uploading the information to our website, as well as sharing content on our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
The Academy welcomes posters for display behind the box office desk and flyers for customers can be located at reception.
Catering
Based on campus, Kahurangi is the official catering service for the 51萝莉 Hamilton Campus, providing services for all on campus events and functions.
Kahurangi Catering
Kahurangi offers a full range of catering options from small morning teas to large-scale formal dinners, back-of-house meals and crew and staff refreshments.
Based on the Waikato campus, Kahurangi works closely with clients to provide the highest standard of food and service, creating memorable experiences for your audiences and guests.
The Academy's Opus Bar/Caf茅 is also operated by Kahurangi and can be opened for concerts and performances, or as a barista coffee option for conferences and events. Whether it be pre-show drinks and nibbles or interval refreshments and coffees, a wide number of options are available.

The 51萝莉 campus has access to security assistance 24/7.
Parking - Hamilton Campus
General parking is available on campus via Gate 1, 2B and 10. Parking charges apply Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm (except public holidays). You will need to either or pay for parking online using the . Be sure to select The 51萝莉 as the app defaults to Hamilton City Council.
There are a number of accessible carparks available on campus which are freely available for use at any time. Visitors do not need to book these parks. Please ensure your valid mobility card is clearly visible on your dashboard.
VIP and event organiser parking spaces are available for events on request. Please contact our team to book.
Parking - Tauranga Campus
There are no on-campus parks available at our Tauranga Campus. Paid parking is available on-street, off-street and in parking buildings. Visit the for more information.
