My Experience

Developing the potential of Mori learners has been an integral part of my philosophy on education since I embarked on teaching as a career, supported by local iwi and kaumtua to fulfil my dream of teaching in a rumaki unit. Mori learners in all settings hold my passion, with a particular focus on the success of learners in a Mori medium context. Learning and teaching m te reo Mori is a valid and proven pathway to ensure cultural identity and language is intact and developed for each konga and their whnau.
