Fluency and literacy in te reo Māori - Level 1 80-100% (Te reo Māori is the principal language of communication and instruction and it is expected that all students in the programme will interact freely in Māori).

Ka tÅĢhurahia te pānga o ngā taha whakahoahoa, ahurea me te tōrangapÅĢ ki te taha arahitanga ā motu, o te ao ki roto i ngā horopaki kaupapa Māori. Ka arahina hoki ngā tÅĢmomo pÅĢkenga kaiārahi a ngā ākonga. He akoranga tautoko tēnei i ērā e whai ana i ngā tÅĢnga kaiārahi i roto i ā rātou mahi.

This paper explores the influence of social, cultural and political factors, nationally and internationally on leadership in Māori medium contexts. It provides participants with the opportunity to examine and inform their own practice of leadership. This paper is suitable for those who currently lead or aspire to lead in Māori medium contexts
