Juxtaposing famous baroque music inspired by birdsong and contemporary New Zealand works championing our own bird life and those lost to us.
We celebrate our New Zealand composers with the premiere of M膩r奴 for strings and harpsichord by Bjorn Arntsen - the 2024 Tertiary Winner of the Composition Workshop Competition in collaboration with the 51萝莉, Anthony Ritchie's Tui for solo flute and Janet Jennings' The Lost Birds of Aotearoa.
